TERMS AND CONDITIONS
REGULAR COURSES
1) Payment is due on the first day of classes of each month or trimester.
Students will not be able to attend classes for which payment has not been made.
2) In the event of two public holidays falling on the same day in consecutive weeks (e.g. Monday and the following
Monday), Margarida’s School will compensate one of the lessons.
3) After the timetable has been set, missed classes will not be compensated.
4) If necessary, the teacher will be substituted.
5) If a Regular Group is left with only one student, the school reserves the right to close the group and offer the
student one of two alternatives:
a) continue the course in another group if available.
b) 1 individual lesson a week
6) Each lesson is 50 minutes long.
7) Margarida’s School offers one free additional class per week - in a group of 4 to 10 students - to be held at a
time selected by the management.

EXPRESS COURSE:
After the timetable has been set, the course will commence without interruption. Missed classes will not be compensated.
FLEXIBLE LESSON PACKAGES:
Students can schedule the Flexible Lessons Package in accordance to their needs.
Lessons must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Lessons can be cancelled up to 7pm of the day preceding the lesson thereafter the lesson will be lost.
The package is valid for 6 months.
The registration fee is valid for 1 (one) year
